With a strong background in life sciences and computational biology, our founder established BIOSOL in 2022 with the vision of making bioinformatics education practical and accessible in Pakistan. Having trained hundreds of students across multiple cohorts, the BIOSOL team brings expertise spanning NGS analysis, metagenomics, structural bioinformatics, vaccine design, and statistical genomics.   • 2.3Early bird and discount pricing is strictly time-limited. BIOSOL reserves the right to end discount offers at any time without prior notice.
  • 2.4By registering, you confirm that you meet the stated prerequisites (where applicable) and that the personal information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Payment Policy

  • โ—†All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
  • โ—†Payment must be completed before the course start date. BIOSOL will not grant access to Zoom session links until payment confirmation is received.
  • โ—†BIOSOL does not offer instalment plans unless explicitly advertised at the time of registration for a specific program.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 4.1Before Course Start (7+ days): A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date. Contact us at biosolofficials@gmail.com.
  • 4.2Within 7 Days of Course Start: A 50% refund is available if requested before the 2nd session begins.
  • 4.3After 2nd Session: No refunds are available once the second session has been delivered.
  • 4.4BIOSOL-Initiated Cancellations: If BIOSOL cancels a course before it begins, registered participants will receive a full refund within 7 business days. If a course is interrupted after commencement, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
  • 4.5Digital Products (eBooks): All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued once the digital file has been delivered.

5. Course Delivery & Schedule

  • โ—†All live sessions are delivered via Zoom. You are responsible for having a working internet connection, a compatible device, and a Zoom account.
  • โ—†Session recordings are provided as a courtesy to enrolled participants. They are for personal use only and must not be shared, redistributed, or uploaded to any platform.
  • โ—†BIOSOL reserves the right to modify the course schedule, reschedule sessions, or substitute instructors without prior notice. Where significant changes occur, enrolled participants will be notified promptly.
  • โ—†Minimum attendance of 75% of sessions is required to be eligible for a certificate of completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to slides, recordings, worksheets, workflow guides, eBooks, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of BIOSOL. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this material for your own learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or use BIOSOL materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Violation may result in immediate removal from the course and legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following behaviours will result in immediate removal from the program without refund:

  • โ—†Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward instructors, staff, or fellow participants.
  • โ—†Sharing Zoom links, passwords, or session recordings with non-registered individuals.
  • โ—†Recording sessions without written permission from BIOSOL.
  • โ—†Misrepresenting course credentials or certificates of completion.

8. Certificates

Digital certificates of completion are issued only to participants who attend at least 75% of sessions and complete the course requirements. Certificates are issued within 14 days of the final session. BIOSOL certificates are for educational and professional development purposes. BIOSOL does not guarantee any specific career outcome, employment, or academic credit for certificates issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

BIOSOL provides training programs for educational purposes. We do not warrant that course content is error-free or that the tools and platforms used will be available without interruption. BIOSOL's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to These Terms

BIOSOL reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp broadcast to enrolled participants. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith communication with BIOSOL, and thereafter through applicable legal channels in Pakistan.
